Sucrose maybe a surprising ingredient. Many of us know that if we *eat* sucrose or sugar, that it's bad for us. However, when we *apply it topically* to the vaginal tract, the opposite is true. Sucrose in a vaginal product, actually can be beneficial for the right bacteria when inserted topically against the mucous membrane!
If you are new to using Mae:
We recommend using 1 suppository daily for the first 15 days in a row, daily, depending on dryness level. After the first 15 days, recommended use is 1 ovule every 1-3 days. You should take Mae at least for a month.
Instructions:
Use with clean hands. Cut off one Mae ovule with scissors. Open the plastic wrapper and remove the suppository. Using your fingers, insert Mae into the vagina as you would a tampon. As it adapts to body temperature, Mae will melt and soothe dryness.
Best Practice:
To get the best results out of every Mae suppository, we recommend inserting the suppository that allows maximum melting. Using Mae at bedtime allows the suppository to melt and absorb while you're horizontal. Some women prefer Mae in the morning, as our body temperatures are higher then and it allows Mae to melt fully.
